Noah – Cabled Sock Pattern

The Noah socks are a cabled design for knitters who want to give cables a try without overcomplicating things.

The cable pattern adds texture and elegance while staying enjoyable to knit. The pattern guides you step by step, even if you’re not yet fully comfortable with cables.

Sizes

The pattern comes in four sizes:

• S : S: EU 36–37 – 20 cm / 7¾"
• M: EU 38–39 – 21.5 cm / 8½"
• L: EU 40–41 – 23 cm / 9"
• XL: EU 42–43 – 24 cm / 9½"

You’ll need 2 balls of 50 g (1¾ oz), about 400 m (437 yds) of sock yarn.

You can also use another sock yarn that gives you the same gauge.

Gauge

32 sts × 40 rows = 10 × 10 cm (4 × 4") in cable pattern, after blocking., en motif de torsades après blocage.

Materials

• 2.5 mm (US 1.5) and 3 mm (US 2.5) circular needles, or DPNs, depending on your preferred method
• A cable needle
• Stitch markers
