Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Overview
Les Tricots de Lyne sells knitting patterns in digital format (downloadable PDF), written in English and French. These are not physical products: nothing is shipped.
2. Orders
Orders are placed directly on the website. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. An order confirmation is sent by email once payment has been approved
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is accepted by credit/debit card and PayPal (or any other method offered on the website at the time of purchase).
4. Digital Delivery
Purchased patterns are available immediately after payment is approved, as a PDF file that can be downloaded directly from the website and/or sent by email. No physical delivery is made.
Before purchasing, customers are responsible for making sure they have a device capable of opening PDF files.
5. Right of Withdrawal

Items made from the patterns may be sold by the customer, provided they do not claim authorship of the design and, where possible, credit “Les Tricots de Lyne” as the designer of the original pattern.
7. Support and Technical Issues
In case of a download problem, a corrupted file, or a question about a pattern, customers can contact Les Tricots de Lyne at: les.tricots.de.lyne@gmail.com. The file will be resent or a replacement download link provided free of charge.
8. Refunds

Les Tricots de Lyne cannot be held liable for improper use of a pattern, errors made by the customer while knitting, or technical issues beyond its control (website outage, internet failure, etc.).
11. Disputes and Governing Law
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing agreement, the dispute shall be governed by French law and fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the seller’s place of residence.
